Executive Pipeline Visibility
The goal of this project was to create an executive-level view of pipeline health — stage coverage, deal velocity, win/loss trends, and conversion flow — all in one place, without having to dig through reports. I started by wireframing in Figma, applying skeuomorphic design principles so the layout mimicked the natural flow of an opportunity through the pipeline, making it intuitive and sequential — easy to read at a glance. From there I built the backdrop in Adobe Illustrator, then brought it into Tableau as a high-resolution image object, giving me a canvas to deploy formatted sheets as floating elements in front of the design — preserving the visual polish of the Illustrator file while keeping all of Tableau's interactivity intact.
